Cancelling your DISCO subscription

Step-by-step: Cancelling your subscription

IMPORTANT: We are currently updating our billing infrastructure, and as a result of this, self-serve cancellation may be temporarily disabled for some users. If a chat window opens up after Step 4, please follow the prompts and one of our Support agents will assist you with cancelling your subscription as soon as possible.

  1. In the top-left corner of your DISCO, click on your DISCO Business Name to open the menu.
  2. Select Settings and Account.
  3. Under Workspace Settings, select Billing & Subscriptions.
  4. Click the Cancel subscription button.
  5. IMPORTANT: For some users, a chat window may open after Step 4 as a temporary measure. Please follow the prompts and one of our Support agents will assist you with cancelling your subscription as soon as possible.
  6. A confirmation window will appear. If you're sure, click the Proceed to cancellation button.
  7. Select a reason for the cancellation. Then click the Cancel subscription button.
